Discussion Labs are informal opportunities for the GEAR UP community to share, learn, and problem-solve together. These may be conversations and networking by role and/or a guided reflection on common challenges to crowdsource promising practices and new solutions.

As a facilitator, your commitment includes:

60-minute planning meeting with NCCEP and co-facilitator(s) (may require additional preparation on your own time)
60-minute Discussion Lab facilitation (welcoming people, introducing activities / conversations, and moderating conversations)
15-minute follow up and debrief (can be done via e-mail)
